Who’s all gonna be there?

The girls, the gays and the theys, and anyone else who is cool to hang. Fat positive, body-neutral, neurodivergent inclusive and accessible. Everyone is welcome, unless we catch a whiff of toxic or fragile masculinity. If we do, then we’ll show you the door.
What’s the vibe?

Fitness should be fun, not punishing. Creating the ever-elusive ‘third space’ in a city like Toronto is so hard, but our community makes it a fun place to hang out, get strong, feel confident and makes some friends along the way! Our studio is stylish and edgy with a bit of sass (because we deserve nice things too!)
