  • We believe movement belongs to everyone, not just those historically centered in fitness spaces. Our work is rooted in the belief that people deserve access to strength, mobility, and support regardless of body size, ability, identity, or experience level.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

FIT PLUS requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any personal training session, small group session or classes.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full. This includes missed appointments (no-shows).

This policy exists to protect reserved training time and allow fair access to scheduling for all clients.

    • 24 hours notice required
    • Late cancellations are charged in full
    • No-shows are charged in full
    • Sessions start and end at scheduled times regardless of late arrival
    • Exceptions may be considered in emergencies at FIT PLUS discretion

We appreciate your understanding that this policy supports the sustainability of a small independent business and respects the time of your coach and fellow clients.

  • We prioritize:

    • Body neutrality over body judgment
    • Strength over appearance
    • Access over exclusivity
    • Consent over pressure
    • Sustainability over extremes
    • Community over comparison

    We define success by:

    • Showing up
    • Building capacity
    • Developing trust in your body
    • Expanding what feels possible
    • Creating safer fitness experiences

FIT PLUS is a space where you are allowed to:

    • Take up space
    • Move at your own pace
    • Have changing capacity
    • Have complicated relationships with fitness
    • Start where you are
