HI! I’M DANIELA

I’m a body-neutral, anti-diet fitness coach and big believer that the gym should belong to everyBODY.

As a plus size fitness coach, I know from experience what it’s like to walk into fitness spaces and wonder if you’re ‘supposed’ to be there. For years, I believed the lie that my body had to change before I deserved to take up space in the fitness world.

It didn’t.

Through a long (and often messy) journey towards body neutrality, I learned to reject the idea that our worth is determined by body size.

Today I help people rediscover movement without diet culture, shame or impossible expectations. My coaching is rooted in body neutrality, joy, and accessibility, and the belief that fitness should support your life, not control it.
